Haven's commission prices/TOS and portfolio

below are the basic and detailed terms of service i use for my commissions. below the TOS are examples of commissions and their respective prices.

Basic TOS:
the commission process starts with me asking for reference. (i will not go off description, i need picture reference) once provided, i will make a sketch. once sketch is approved by the client, i will take payment and finish the piece. each extra character will double the existing price.
i have two forms of payment options. paypal, using the friends and family option considering this is a digitial product and not a physical piece (unless commissioned traditional art) and cashapp.
if you are uncomfortable with using that method of payment for paypal, i have cashapp as a secondary option. if you do not have either of these, i cannot take your commission and i will not download or make a new account to anything such as venmo or zelle. paypal or cashapp only.
please do not message me unless it is a serious inquiry, i rely on commission funds for personal bills.

Artwork cannot be claimed as your own

detailed TOS:
i the artist, contain rights to the original art work and the client may not claim the piece
All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purpose only.
The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever, as long as proper credit is given and my signature remains unaltered. refunds are not allowed, satisfaction is guaranteed.
if said commission is not up to the liking of the client, i will do my best to alter the piece until client is satisfied.
If you do not want me to post your commission online, you must tell me when asking for said commission.
I also charge double the existing price for every character added.

Below is a guideline for what I will or will not draw. Please note that I will not try to match another artist's or company's art style.

Any sort of hateful content, such as racism, transphobia, homophobia, and characters with Nazi/Soviet/etc. imagery or paraphernalia.any and all clients are to strictly talk about the business transaction and nothing beyond that. please do not send memes, or any other images or messages that are not related to said transaction. (you can tell me about your character to help me make a piece more related to them.) any further messaging after transaction is finished will result in a block UNLESS it is about the commission and or another commission. i did not open my messages to make friends.

traditional pieces

half body: $30full body: $45artistic freedom: $60(i cover the page with several sketches)
these pieces are only sketched with pencil/gel pen. these pieces are mailed out to the client. prices are higher than usual to cover shipping.
only commission if you plan on having these sent out. i will ask for an address or P.O. box.
